We manufacture high performance suction vehicles to meet the needs of our customers. We have more than 40 years' experience in producing high-quality suction, jetting and dry-suction units.

Juro-Clean was founded by our CEO Gunder Spåra.
Our team has approximately 40 employees today and we are constantly expanding.

CODE OF CONDUCT


The Code of Conduct is guidelines for how we as a company conduct our business in an
ethical, social and or environmentally correct way. 
Juro Clean's Code of Conduct is based on the 10 principles developed within the framework of the UN Global Compact. The Code of Conduct deals with human rights, labour law issues, the environment and anti-corruption. These areas cover the essential elements of responsibility that are natural for the company to take. The basic principles of the Code of Conduct as follows:
HUMAN RIGHTS
  • Juro Clean supports and respects the protection of international human rights.
  • Juro Clean is not involved in human rights violations.
 LABOUR LAW
  • Juro Clean maintains freedom of association in accordance with local law and all employees are free to start or participate in trade union activities. Juro Clean recognises the right to collective bargaining regarding terms of employment.
  • All forms of forced labour are prohibited and employees have the right to terminate their employment under local law or employment contracts.
  • Juro Clean distances itself from all types of child labour. No person under the age of 15 may be employed and, in more demanding tasks, the person must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Any discrimination, regardless of ethnicity, colour, gender, religion, political opinion, national origin, social origin, age, disability, status of disease, trade union membership, and sexual orientation, shall be avoided in employment or occupation. Physical or psychological harassment is strictly prohibited.
 ENVIRONMENT
  • Juro Clean supports the precautionary principle on environmental risks: 'Where there is a threat of serious or irreversible damage, a lack of complete scientific certainty must not be used as a reason for postponing cost-effective measures to prevent environmental degradation'.
  • Innovative solutions that reduce environmental impact are encouraged and Juro Clean takes an active initiative to promote greater environmental responsibility.
  • Juro Clean encourages the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies. Sustainable development is a key word and Juro Clean works with environmental issues from a preventive perspective.
 ANTI-CORRUPTION
  • Juro Clean works against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery
